Jishuken lead for vehicle assembly plant with experience in all TMMK shops and multiple NAMC’s leading improvement activities with documented cost savings through decreased lead times, manpower efficiency improvements, injury and incident elimination, downtime reduction, inventory reduction, and quality improvements.
Support instructor for Mississippi plant new hire TPS training. Successfully trained over 1,000 students in the concepts, applications, and results of TPS implementation through classroom lecture, demonstration, and group / team simulations.
Team Leader (T/L) promotion trainer. Responsible for training all of TMMK’s newly promoted Team Leaders in 3 week classes that includes classroom instruction and floor applications in the T/L role, Toyota Job Instruction, problem solving, communication, and leadership.
Standardized work trainer. Has successfully trained members at TMMK, Indiana, and Canada in applying TPS thinking and tools in a leadership role to improve processes through waste elimination and element rebalance. Classes taught have realized a sustainable elimination of 46 processes.

MY ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage daily operations always mindful of Safety and the customer first mentality.
Monitor production, quality control and data integrity of transactions completed by staff determining sampling, reviewing efficiency and quality and balancing file assignments.
•Advise and consult with QC staff concerning reviews regulations, and operation policies.
•Performs quality control reviews of the QC Specialists incorporating findings by the QC process. Integrates the review with the performance evaluation process.
•Ensure staff compliance with the Administrative Plan, Standard Operating Procedures, and regulations.
•Manage the day-to-day QC process. This includes but is not limited to extracting data from tracking systems, uploading to Share Point site, analysis of error trends, ensuring program compliance and addressing challenges and gaps.
•Assist in developing advisories, guidance procedures, best practice protocol such as checklists and guidebooks.
•Create and manage the reporting process, protocol, criteria, and details including the collection, formatting and organization of staff reports.
•Determine QC staff training needs; Coordinate and provide appropriate training, and coaching.
•Advise on content for operational training courses toward ensuring that current error correction requirements are met.
