Lean Management       Development Systems

LMDS or Lean Management Development Systems, promotes management development of LPS knowledge and skills to improve operations through “Kaizen” activities. Development takes place as an LMDS staff member or participant in LMDS led/sponsored exercises. We work to improve all operations directly from recognition of “Kaizen” opportunities or bottleneck processes. LMDS works directly with management to analyze root causes and determine the course of action for improvements, with the lead responsibility maintained by the area.

Lean Management Development Systems is a dynamic group whose responsibilities evolve to meet changing conditions. The variety of our members add to the group’s capability by bringing together multiple perspectives of Lean Management Systems.

Lean Job Instruction (LJI) Training

LJI is a proven 4-step approach to train new and existing members in learning a process.  It teaches our leaders a method to teach others with a positive impact to Safety, Quality, Productivity and Cost.  It reinforces the importance of proper training from the member to the leader levels.
